Once you received watches from us, we will provide you with one year after-sales service and will assist you in solving any quality problems with our watches at any time, including maintenance, accessories, etc.

Warranty: For the defective watches you got within one year, we will offer replacements or a new same model with half price or replaced components to solve the cases with your following orders. Though we cannot take the defective watches to figure out the problem is, considering the shipping costs and taxes if any between your country and China, we would do this warranty in efficient and easy way.

All watch models have accurate volume and weight information, so please be sure to tell us what models and how many units you need. We will calculate the most accurate packaging data to obtain the most favorable prices from freight forwarders, ensuring maximum protection for your interests.

Meanwhile, we can work with your shipping agent, deliver the goods to your local agent/warehouse in China. Or quote the shipping cost we can get for your reference.
